Please follow these enrollment steps as described below to get started with the StealthMole Partnership Program.

Please send us your sign-up information — email address, contact name, company name, and company domain —

StealthMole will send you an invitation email including a link to
StealthMole's Partner Portal site. Please set up your password and log
into the portal.

Step 2Profile & Market Forms
On StealthMole's Partner Portal site, you will need to submit
applications (Profile and Market forms) to let StealthMole know and
prepare for an initial meeting. StealthMole would like to know
who you are, what business you have done, and
what kind of business purpose you are willing to achieve with StealthMole.
Once StealthMole reviews your application, we will schedule our first meeting.
Initial Meeting & POC
Step 3Demo Account Provided
At our first meeting, we will get to know each other — what StealthMole
is, what kind of partnership you are looking for, what use cases you will
be facing — and we will have a Q&A session. After this meeting,
StealthMole will provide you with a demo account so you can
study StealthMole's service and plan your own business strategy.

Step 4Partnership Options & Sales Plan
You will need to submit applications (Partnership Options and
Sales Plan forms) based on what we have discussed, in order to
complete our partnership contract. StealthMole would like to know what kind
of partnership you need and how you will perform your sales to your target
customers. Once StealthMole reviews this application, we will schedule our
second meeting.

Once we are all clear about what kind of partnership and business we will
be targeting, we will have one or a few more discussions about
contract details — terms, pricing, revenue share rates, and other
specifics unique to your partnership arrangement.

Once all conditions are agreed upon, we will finish signing our
partnership contract and make a purchase if needed.
After this step, your partnership is officially established and you gain
full access to StealthMole's support resources, partner portal, and
tier program benefits.

model for specific, scoped transactions without a full partnership arrangement.

Partners will need to follow and be supported by our Tier Program to unlock greater benefits as they grow.
How the Tier Program Works
This tier program will be applied during the partner's contract year.
Once a partner reaches a higher tier level, it will be
maintained for one year from the date of attainment.
After this period, the achievement rate of requirements will be
reassessed monthly based on the past year's performance.
The revenue share percentage for a deal will be determined
based on the partner's tier level at the time of deal completion.
Eligible Requirements
Each contract year, partners are encouraged to meet these requirements to achieve a
higher tier level. If a partner reaches specific requirement goals during the contract
year, their tier level will be upgraded accordingly.

Training Course Attendance
StealthMole offers multiple training sessions throughout the year, and
partners are encouraged to attend to deepen their understanding of the
service. These sessions help enhance threat intelligence skills and
strengthen sales capabilities.

Licensed Specialists
A person who attends a training session will receive a
certificate. The number of certified people within a
partner's company will be counted toward this requirement.

VOC Reporting
During their partnership, partners are encouraged to report
customer feedback (Voice of Customer) to StealthMole.
This helps StealthMole better understand actual customer needs
and prepare for service upgrades.

Business Reporting
Partners are also encouraged to report on their business and
sales activities. Reports should include final summaries of
completed deals, business insights, and activity history reports
from lost deals.

Minimum Deal Size
Each tier level requires a minimum total deal value (USD)
for partners to achieve during their contract year.
This threshold ensures partners are actively driving business at scale.

Minimum Done-Deal Count
Each tier level also requires a minimum number of completed
deals during the contract year — ensuring partners maintain
consistent deal activity, not just volume.
Benefits
Partners will gain certain benefits according to their tier level based on this program.

Revenue Share Rate
At the time of deal completion, the partner's
revenue share percentage will be determined based on
their tier level. Higher tier partners receive a greater share
of the deal revenue.

Leads Share / Deal Protection
Based on the partner's tier level, StealthMole supports their
sales by sharing new leads for business opportunities
or securing certain deals exclusively for a partner
upon request.
Revenue Share — Important Notice
Revenue sharing is only applicable when:
A partner sells the service "as-is" to their end-customer or next reseller.
VAR, VAD, Integrator, and Limited partners are not applicable for revenue sharing.
The sale is made at the price or discounted price from StealthMole's suggestion
(Standard Price Policy).
Any discount percentage must be negotiated with StealthMole before a deal is made.
Alternative Pricing Option:
Instead of participating in Revenue Share, partners can add their own margin to
StealthMole's suggested price. In this case, partners only need to pay StealthMole
the suggested price for the deal.

Partner Demo Account
Each partner will receive one annual demo account to explore
StealthMole's platform, develop strategies, and prepare for
sales activities throughout the year.

Customer PoC Demo Accounts
Upon request, StealthMole can provide 1 to 3 PoC demo accounts to
your targeted customers for a trial period, enabling them to evaluate
the platform before a purchase decision.
In StealthMole's Partner Portal, partners will be engaged with StealthMole
while running their businesses. The portal is your central hub for everything
partnership-related — from deal management to support requests.
